Owen Abrams is March's Eagle Male Athlete of the Month. The Eagles finished the month of March with 4 wins in 12 games and capped it off with a walk off victory against Shasta. The Eagles have been quick off the bag this year and racking up stolen bases, ranking them 3rd in the conference with 41. They also have been dialed in on the defensive end when it comes to fielding percentage ranking them 3rd in the GVC at 96%. Owen Abrams has been great for the Eagles this past month and has shown up in some big moments. Abrams through the month of March was batting .380 and is ranked 10th in the conference with .375 batting average overall. Abrams also has 64 at bats with only 4 strikeouts on the year ranking him in the top 10 in the conference with a minimum of 50 plus at bats. Abrams came in clutch for the Eagles walk off win against Shasta when he hit a single and allowed Colton Knight to score when they had 2 outs in the bottom of the 9th. This allowed teammate Jayden Arbogast to finish the job with a single and getting the winning run from Davin Aea Kubota. Abrams will look to keep up his hot hitting as the season nears its end.
